1. Acceptance of Terms
By using the Aromatantra website (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions (the “Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.
2. Eligibility
To use the Service, you must be at least 18 years old and have the capacity to enter into a binding contract.
3. Account Creation
To use certain features of the Service, you may need to create an account. When creating an account, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and for all activity that occurs under your account.
4. Use of the Service
You may use the Service for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You may not use the Service to violate any laws or regulations. You may not use the Service to infringe on the intellectual property rights of others.
5. Order Fulfilment
Once you place an order on the Service, we will do our best to fulfill it as quickly and accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that all orders will be fulfilled. We reserve the right to cancel any order at any time for any reason.
6. Payment
You may pay for your orders using the following payment methods:

- Debit card
- Net banking
- UPI
We accept payments from all major credit and debit cards. We also accept payments from all major banks in India.
7. Shipping
We offer free shipping on all orders over ₹500. For orders under ₹500, we charge a shipping fee of ₹50. We ship orders to all parts of India.
8. Returns and Refunds
We accept returns and refunds for all orders within 7 days of delivery. To return an order, you must contact us at [contact@aromatantra.in] or 91-9769056552. We will then provide you with instructions on how to return the order.
You are responsible for the shipping cost of returning the order. Once we receive the returned order, we will inspect it and issue a refund if the order is in good condition.
9. Intellectual Property
The Service and all of its contents, including but not limited to the text, images, graphics, and logos, are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not use any of the Service’s content without our permission.
10. Disclaimer
The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of the Service or the information, content, materials, or products included on the Service.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses (even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages), resulting from or in connection with your use of the Service or your inability to use the Service.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
